Delegate Cowles moved to amend the amendment on page 4, by removing the following language, “(29) Fentanyl analog or derivative, as that term is defined in article one of this chapter: Provided, That fentanyl remains a Schedule II substance, as set forth in section two hundred six of this article;”

            And then renumbering the subdivisions accordingly.
